RMTs are dedicated to treating your symptoms of pain and dysfunction, including the underlying causes.

It is widely understood that massage therapy decreases stress and helps control pain. Perhaps less known is the effectiveness of massage therapy in treating deeper structures of the body such as ligaments, bones and joints, fascia, blood vessels, organs and other soft tissues of the body.
BC's Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are among the most educated and highly trained professionals in their field.

Standard educational requirements include comprehensive studies in health sciences such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology and neuroanatomy.

With a passion for helping people combined with a special interest in human anatomy and movement, massage therapy was a natural fit for Jenine.

Since becoming an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in 2014, she has continuously worked to improve her clinical knowledge and skills with various continuing education courses each year. While each session is tailored to the specific client, you can expect a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and exercises to take home with you. Jenine considers the role of the nervous system in injury and pain and her goal is to equip each client with the knowledge needed to break pain/tension cycles and restore balance in the body. Her patient-centered approach includes a combination of techniques, including myofascial release, breathwork, fascial stretch therapy, and deep tissue massage.

A big fan of exercise and the outdoors, you can find Jenine hiking and camping in the mountains, riding her road bike, or working on her strength through pilates and resistance training.

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Sydney developed a fascination with the movement of the human body. She came to realize that the integrated system of the mind, body and breath were the surest route to balance. She was drawn to the Spa Therapy Program at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage where she learned the value of massage in creating that system of balance in the body.

Sydney has found fulfillment in her ability to help others. She constantly sought ways to build on her skills and to expand her knowledge of anatomy and treatment modalities, especially after a season as bodyworker for a Heli Ski Lodge. She then pursued and completed the intensive Registered Massage Therapy Program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Sydney’s treatments are personally attuned to each individual’s needs. She uses fluid, dynamic and integrative methods that focus on a collaboration with the patient while drawing on a variety of Swedish and deep tissue techniques including deep flow, Myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point and neuromuscular therapy.
